I created a body of work using clips from the same performance piece and similar spider clips. These images are of an experiment that's attempting to achieve spider modes through stripping back detail or character to create a silhouette, or essence. The human clip is heavily manipulated and distorted, and brought together with the spider to evoke spidery thoughts.
